TraxPath proudly ships using UPS. All orders are normally dispatched with 2 business days of receiving your order though usually the same day. The only exceptions for guaranteed same day shipping are when expedited shipping service is selected (next day, 2nd day, etc.). The order will ship the same day if received by 2PM EDT and product is in stock. You will be contacted immediately if there are any problems/concerns.
Any products that offer free shipping are limited to ground service in the continental USA.

Products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. The product must be in like new condition with all original parts. If these conditions are met, TraxPath will refund the purchase price of the product less shipping costs to the original account used to purchase the product.
